The E-Accountability Foundation announces the

Global Citizens Beware: The Politico-Educational Complex Enforces Communitarianism in America and the World
An alliance between America's education administrators, textbook sellers, vendors and service providers, construction industry personnel, teachers' unions, politicians, media, international agencies, churches and faith-based organizations, and the legal industry (lawyers, judges and courtroom personnel), are creating a new world order that undermines the principles upon which America was founded and that provides new guidelines for global policy decisions. Caring parents have read Goals 2000, Brave New Schools, and the New Freedom Initiative on Mental Health. They also clearly understand what Outcome-Based Education means. They understand that not only American children, but children all over the world are being converted to social compliancy and servitude. If you haven't read all the above, you have no opinion of importance to declare when it comes to the subject of education. Ignorance, apathy, and baseless opinions have been tolerated for far too long.

No parent in the United States has any excuse, whatsoever, for ignoring the political-corporate take-over and manipulation of knowledge and learning. Every parent knows schools have changed, and they know their parental rights are taken once children set foot into the public school system. You even have to sign weekly and or monthly forms stating that your children have "mastered" a specific skill. Every year, the school rulebooks get larger and more complicated, and with your signatures, you must also swear to the fact that you've read and mastered all rules from cover to cover. Excuse me – who is paying for these schools?

Equally, every parent is terribly concerned about proficiency and "assessment" tests, which exist to profile children's personalities and to grade their global citizenship progress. From these assessment scores, your children's educational plans and futures are being manipulated and determined by bureaucrats. Not educators, mind you, but bureaucrats.

There is real resistance by American parents to believe that schools have changed from centers of education to federal indoctrination camps. This resistance is highly indicative of a population that has been trained in group-think, and who fears authority and making waves – even to the detriment of children. But let me remind you that there have been thousands of people documenting and re-documenting the legislative and Executive Ordered facts for you for decades. The red flags regarding the collapsing educational system have been waving for at least 50 years. And still, American parents are somehow clueless as to the insider workings of the federal government, multi-national corporations, the education labor unions (National Education Association and the American Federation of Teachers, both listed on the Communist Party USA website), UNESCO, and all the other global initiatives to force the world's children into compliant Socialist human resource personnel and global military forces.

Now, why would our government, or any government for that matter, have the nerve to implement the positively bizarre New Freedom Initiative on Mental Health into our public school system, and why would that initiative go so far as to declare its desire to enforce mental health bureaucracies upon the entire American population – and for life? The reason is clear. The social re-engineering and mental re-shaping of Americans into non-Americans is not a request – it is a global mandate. The "new citizen" mandate is so serious about its intention to eliminate Americana from masses, that pharmaceutical enforcement has been legislated to literally force global citizenry and compliancy into the minds of ALL people. In other words, your children and you will comply with de-Americanization, or you will be forced to do so with drugs accompanied by a very damaging diagnosis.

The schools are the largest governmental organizations in American. How can it be said more plainly or more explicitly? Schools are enormous governmental bureaucracies, masterminded by public-private partnerships, and political missions are carried out by governmental employees are called "teachers." And keep in mind that while "blue-collar" labor unions are dying off in hunks due to the outsourcing of American jobs to enslaved Third World employees, teachers' unions are the largest and strongest labor unions in the United States. You don't see those unions struggling to stay alive or their members fearing the loss of jobs in America – all those teachers who pay mandatory dues to their Communist Party-devoted unions.

Before sending your children back into the public school system this Fall, every parent in the United States must, MUST, read the education articles of Dr. Dennis Cuddy, Berit Kjos, Beverly Eakman, Charlotte Iserbyt, and Devvy Kidd. You simply cannot continue to resist the facts, the legislation, the Executive Orders, the U.N., and the stance of today's NEA that have all mandated de-Americanization. This includes erasing your children's Judeo-Christian foundations, sexuality acceptance training, the rejection of the Constitutional Republic, and the rejection of parental influence and authority.

Mandated is the rejection of knowledge mastery in favor of mental hygiene, consensus and acceptance training, and global citizenship. And lastly, mandated is the life-long surveillance of your children and you. Tracking via tests, assessments, and even tracking devices discovered on Internet games and readily available to children are specifically monitoring the changeover to mental Socialism. Every parent and child who is resistant to outcome-based Socialism is going to be declared mentally ill by one public-private system or another. Pregnant women are also being assessed and monitored in at least one state – Illinois.

Have you noticed that IEPs (Individual Education Plans) are immediately implemented for children who are not group oriented? Who are active and highly creative children? Who are opinionated children? Have you noticed that these children are immediately removed from their main classrooms and herded into smaller groups and rooms with special teachers? How is it that 15 years ago, and for all times preceding, 99% of these children were fine – literally fine, in the classroom? IEPs = the first step to pharmaceutical control and impending Medicaid payments to schools who find students to refer to big pharma drug partners – the ones that fund our politicians who then legislatively and very purposefully destroy our schools and America's future citizens.

It's past time to wake up and smell the Socialism and the dismantling of our nation. It only takes one generation of fully trained and compliant Socialists to destroy freedom, and we are dealing with 7 or 8 decades of Socialist infiltration into our public school system. So again, and over and over again, if you don't understand why schools have become so dictatorial and strange, you haven't read the legislation, the Executive Orders, the Acts, and the missions of the NEA. Everything you see in American schools is happening globally and specifically in Westernized countries. This is not an American phenomenon but a global mission toward one world government. If in doubt, check into the education movements in Mexico and Canada, and you will see that everything that has happened in American schools has also happened to schools in those countries, as well – exactly the same changes, in fact. I'm sure the global education movement will be helpful to the corporate elites who are planning to merge our three nations together into the North American Sector, as the U.N. has so defined, and as NAFTA-CAFTA-FTAA is setting into global governance stone – also thanks to our American politicians.

People are being re-programmed, re-socialized, and de-Westernized. Freethinking, educated people do not and cannot accept Socialism under corporate and political elites. You are witnessing the erasing of the Westernized middle-class, and in the very near future, you will witness life, and all its rules and regulations, governed by foreign courts, foreign militaries, and foreign decision makers. America, our Constitutional Republic, and our children are being forcibly dismantled and re-programmed.

A new nationwide initiative has been quietly in the making since 2002. Conceived in Texas, apparently with President George W. Bush's enthusiastic blessing, there now exists some 27 sites around the country piloting various parts of it.Nationally, however, the proposed legislation earned barely a blip on the radar screen - the project is so hush-hush that two officials were sacked for speaking to the press about it - until mid-July, when the House Appropriations Committee approved $20 million in new federal monies to begin nationwide implementation.

The New Freedom Initiative - a plan to screen the entire U.S. population for mental illness and to provide a cradle-to-grave continuum of services for those identified as mentally ill or at risk of becoming so.Under the plan, schools would become the hub of the screening process - not only for children, but for their parents and teachers.There are even components aimed at senior citizens, pregnant women, and new mothers.

In April 2002, President Bush established the New Freedom Commission on Mental Health to conduct a "comprehensive study of the United States mental health service delivery system." The commission issued its recommendations in July 2003, chief among them being that schools are in a "key position" to screen the 52 million students and 6 million adults who work at educational facilities.Now they are ready to "go national."

The precursor endeavor, the Texas Medication Algorithm Project (TMAP), was a trial balloon, not a pilot program.This means a start-up venture (usually confined to one town or state) to assess the amount and type of resistance to an idea.TMAP started in 1995 as an alliance of individuals from the pharmaceutical industry, the University of Texas, and the mental health and corrections systems of Texas. Recently, the New Freedom Commission designated TMAP a "model" medication treatment plan, whereupon President Bush instructed more than 25 federal agencies to develop a nationwide "implementation plan."

TMAP was funded through a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation grant - and several drug companies that stood to gain billions of dollars.The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is the philanthropic (read: p.r.) arm of the Johnson & Johnson medical-supply/household-products empire anda major player in promoting controversial prevention curricula in schools.

Here, the plot begins to thicken.TMAP promotes the use of newer, more expensive antidepressants and antipsychotic drugs.For that reason, the commission's nationwide version of the proposal sent up red flags in the Pennsylvania Office of the Inspector General.OIG employee Allen Jones essentially blew the whistle when he revealed that key officials had receivedmoney and perks from drug companies with a stake TMAP. Some members of the New Freedom Commission had served on advisory boards for me pharmaceutical companies whose products were being recommended. Other members had indirect ties to TMAP.Jones was sacked in May for speaking to the British Medical Journal and the New York Times.

"TMAP," said Jones, "arose during a period of decreased FDA oversight and vastly increased sophistication in pharmaceutical industry marketing practices. These practices aggressively pursued favorable public and professional 'opinion' through media promotion and biased reporting of drug trial results."

Between 1995 and 1999, the use of antidepressants for 7- to 12-year-olds increased 151 percent - and 580 percent for children under six, with some as young as five committing suicide.The issue of coercive child-drugging in public schools is so contentious that the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Child Medication Safety Act in May 2003, to prevent schools from intimidating parents into drugging their youngsters as a condition of attending school.The bill is now being debated in the Senate.

Yet, here comes the New Freedom Commission, linking screening "with state-of-the art treatment and supports."

At a time when Congress and the FDA are questioning the culpability of many antidepressants in suicide and violent aggression, legislation that would target even more children and adults for unproved, radical psychotropic-drug therapies is highly suspect.

Take, for example, Olanzapine (trade name Zyprexa), one of the newer antipsychotic drugs recommended in the Texas plan.It is drug manufacturer Eli Lilly's top seller. A 2003 New York Times article by Gardiner Harris reported that 70 percent of Olanzapine sales already are paid for by government agencies, such as Medicare and Medicaid.

Eli Lilly has multiple ties to the Bush administration. George Bush, Sr., was a member of Lilly's board of directors. Lilly made $1.6 million in political contributions in 2000 - 82 percent of which went to George W. Bush and the Republican Party.President Bush appointed Lilly's chief executive officer, Sidney Taurel, to a seat on the Homeland Security Council.

During his 2000 presidential campaign, Bush boasted of his support for Texas' TMAP project, without saying exactly how it worked or the role he envisioned for it nationally.Instead, he bragged that the legislation he passed expanded Medicaid coverage of psychotropic drugs.

Leaving aside questions of political profiteering and conflict-of-interest, let us examine the initiative itself.

President Bush appears to agree with the New Freedom Commission's finding that mental illness is pervasive and that aggressive, early screening and intervention are the only means of keeping it at bay.The President's Commission also adds that removal of stigma is key to the success of the initiative, but stigma will, in fact, be heightened as the hapless young "patient" moves into the workforce and the nursing home.He will be permanently classified as "at risk" and tracked for a lifetime by government agencies.

Dr. Darrel Regier, director of research at the American Psychiatric Association, has, of course, lauded the President's initiative.Kevin P. Dwyer, president of the National Association of School Psychologists, and Dr. Graham Emslie, who helped develop the Texas project, are typical defenders of early, mass screening. This "valuable information (is) almost impossible to obtain from any other source...," Dwyer once complained. True, most adults would see right through such attempts.That is why he worries that the flood of lawsuits from parents over invasive, personal test questions under the cover of academic testing (in Virginia, Arizona, Utah, Pennsylvania, among other states) might result in a negative court ruling that would prompt legislators to nix all psychological surveys in schools.

Special interests as well as various social "service" agencies and universities all pitch "prevention" programs (many of them quasi-political, such as those on AIDS awareness), to federal agencies in an effort to get tell-all polls into America's classrooms.Most are "What-would-you-do-if...?" questionnaires and self-reports that focus on sex, race, depression, drugs, and parents.These surveys are followed by a smorgasbord of nonacademic programs.The rationale is that it is in the best interests of the child and society to "create a State-level structure for school-based mental health services to provide consistent State-level leadership and collaboration between education, general health, and mental health systems."The enabling vehicle for the New Freedom Initiative is the No Child Left Behind Act, ostensibly to "fulfill the promise of NCBL...by removing the emotional, behavioral, and academic barriers that interfere with student success in school."

According to the Commission, large numbers of children are expelled from preschools and childcare facilities for disruptive behaviors and emotional disorders.But are they?Thanks to the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), most are placed right back in the classroom no matter how disruptive or disturbing their behavior.School officials are reluctant to lose precious state funding by showing miscreants the door.As for parents who send their kids to school already disciplined and ready to learn, nobody cares.Social policy is geared to the negligent and irresponsible, not to the upstanding and dependable.

The commission aims not only to assess youngsters, but "to expand school mental health programs and evaluate parents"- through Parts B and C of IDEA.

The commission advocates examining parents and homes for anything that might point to a "physical or mental condition with a high probability of resulting in a child's developmental delay" - something way beyond the present capabilities of the mental health profession - beginning with a mandatory Nurse-Family Partnership component.

Why the extraordinary emphasis on parents?The Commission and, indeed, most of the mental health community believe that mental "disorders" of parents occurring before children reach the age of six "can interfere with critical emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and portend a lifetime of problems in school, at home, and in the community."Therefore, "treating the parents' mental health problems also benefits the child."

"Treating parents" means psychotherapy and drugs, andthe initiative calls for a mandate to provide "social and emotional check-ups" in all primary healthcare facilities.This means parents are supposed to be surreptitiously assessed for mental "illness" every time they walk into their physician's office.

Have policymakers learned nothing from the holocaust, the old Soviet Union's "psychiatric hospitals" or, more recently, South Africa's so-called "mental institutions," where political dissidents were routinely "re-educated" and/or tortured?

Recall that the President appointed drug manufacturer Eli Lilly's chief executive officer to a seat on the Homeland Security Council.Even if one believes that George W. Bush has no intention of abusing the concept of Homeland Security as an instrument of political correctness, who is to say that some future administration will not? Already, the PATIOT Act is vastly altering the civil rights American citizens previously took for granted.

If you think the "coercion" scenario is too strong, consider: In August 2003, the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Science Foundation announced the results of their $1.2 million, taxpayer-funded study. It stated, essentially, that traditionalists are mentally disturbed.Scholars from the Universities of Maryland, California at Berkeley, and Stanford had determined that social conservatives, in particular, suffer from "mental rigidity," "dogmatism," and "uncertainty avoidance," together with associated indicators for mental illness.Some conservatives and political pundits chortled over the so-called study, but the fact remains that nothing marginalizes a person faster today than a suggestion of being mentally unbalanced. The 20-year-long practice of psychographic (emotional-attitudinal) profiling under the cover of academic testing in schools is already intimidating conservative and Christian students and their parents into silence.

FDR's food stamp program begun under Franklin D. Roosevelt was a temporary response to the depression.By 1974, every state was required to participate in the program, creating a nationwide mandate.The New Freedom Mental Health Initiative is following the same route, state by state, beginning with Illinois' passage of copycat legislation, the Children's Mental Halth Act, requiring (as of August 31, 2004) compulsory mental-health screening for children and pregnant women through Illinois' education system.Between child welfare agencies and schools, government is legislatively usurping more and more of parents' prerogatives - forcing the mental evaluation of all minor children.

Sacked whistleblower Allen Jones estimates that, if the plan were implemented nationwide, the annual costs to Medicaid programs would be approximately $3.7 billion per year to treat one psychiatric disorder alone. That is over ten million dollars per day just in Medicaidexpenditures, not to mention the additional burden on teachers and schools.

Do we want our lawmakers even touching this initiative?

There are a thousand critically important issues to deal with in today's world, but American citizens need to be very careful. The creation of social chaos is the fundamental tool used by Constitutional destroyers to divide and conquer the ability to focus on the big prize, which is freedom. Our focus should not be upon partisan details, but upon Constitutional dismantling. Our political opinions and leanings will be non-issues if there is no Constitutional Republic.

As each day passes, and we continue to see our "representatives" refusing to represent American freedom, and as we continue to see our voting powers eliminated by the non-elected partnership-stakeholding system of leadership, one wonders if there will ever be another election. Specifically, one wonders if Martial Law will be implemented before another election date rolls around. Due to the fact that our nation has been totally and very skillfully bankrupted by highly educated economic experts, one wonders if we have been set up to purposefully crash, whereby giving Martial Law its jurisdiction.

It should be very clear to every American citizen that 1) something is terribly wrong with our "representative government," and 2) our representatives and their corporate partners are recreating public law. Our rights as American citizens are being systematically, purposefully eliminated. Therefore, our opinions about this social condition and that cultural trend are pointless. In the very near future, changes could occur in America that will make all partisanship null and void. Martial Law knows no partisanship and cares not for opinion. It knows only military-style dictatorship.

At this point in time, I strongly suggest that American people prepare for the worst. All indicators lead to renegade politicians who are overthrowing the American government and its Constitution. No one can deny this fact. Equally, a Martial Law system is totally, completely in place thanks to three or more decades of powers amassed through presidential Executive Orders and many, many Acts.

Consider the following:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders in to effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen-year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the President declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

Add to these Executive Orders the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, which would give state governors and public health officials the power to:

· Force individuals suspected of harboring an "infectious disease" to undergo medical examinations.

· Track and share an individual's personal health information, including genetic information.

· Force persons to be vaccinated, treated, or quarantined for infectious diseases.

· Mandate that all health care providers report all cases of persons who harbor any illness or health condition that may be caused by an epidemic or an infectious agent and might pose a "substantial risk" to a "significant number of people or cause a long-term disability." (Note: Neither "substantial risk" nor "significant number" are defined in the draft.)

· Force pharmacists to report any unusual or any increased prescription rates that may be caused by epidemic diseases.

· Preempt existing state laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to privacy, medical licensure, and--this is key--property rights.

· Control public and private property during a public health emergency, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, nursing homes, other health care facilities, and communications devices.

· Mobilize all or any part of the "organized militia into service to the state to help enforce the state's orders."

· Ration firearms, explosives, food, fuel and alcoholic beverages, among other commodities.

· Impose fines and penalties to enforce their orders.

Then, consider the following:

· Super viruses are manufactured.

· Borders are open to illegals of all shapes and kinds.

· NAFTA-CAFTA-FTAA enforces internationalized economics.

· Imported nuclear devices are known to be in the United States.

· Our nation was bureaucratically bankrupted by the Federal Reserve.

· The Partnership-stakeholding bureaucracy eliminates voting.

· The elected representatives of the American people are rapidly eliminating constitutional rights.

· The American military is completely dedicated to foreign theaters, while a secondary military system has been established on the homeland with new and unimaginable powers over the citizenry.

Let us consider the powers of the Patriot Act II:

SECTION 501 (Expatriation of Terrorists) expands the definition of "enemy combatant" to all American citizens who "may" have violated any provision of Section 802 of the first Patriot Act. (Section 802 is the new definition of domestic terrorism, and the definition is "any action that endangers human life that is a violation of any Federal or State law.") Section 501 of the second Patriot Act directly connects to Section 125 of the same act. The Justice Department boldly claims that the incredibly broad Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act isn't broad enough and that a new, unlimited definition of terrorism is needed.

Under Section 501 a US citizen engaging in lawful activities can be grabbed off the street and thrown into a van never to be seen again. The Justice Department states that they can do this because the person "had inferred from conduct" that they were not US citizens. Remember Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act states that any violation of Federal or State law can result in the "enemy combatant" terrorist designation.

SECTION 201 of the second Patriot Act makes it a criminal act for any member of the government or any citizen to release any information concerning the incarceration or whereabouts of detainees. It also states that law enforcement does not have to tell the press who they have arrested, and they never have to release the names.

SECTION 301 and 306 (Terrorist Identification Database) set up a national database of "suspected terrorists" and radically expand the database to include anyone associated with suspected terrorist groups and anyone involved in crimes or having supported any group designated as "terrorist." These sections also set up a national DNA database for anyone on probation or who has been on probation for any crime, and orders State governments to collect the DNA for the Federal government.

SECTION 312 gives immunity to law enforcement engaging in spying operations against the American people and would place substantial restrictions on court injunctions against Federal violations of civil rights across the board.

SECTION 101 will designate individual terrorists as foreign powers and again strip them of all rights under the "enemy combatant" designation.

SECTION 102 states clearly that any information gathering, regardless of whether or not those activities are illegal, can be considered to be clandestine intelligence activities for a foreign power. This makes newsgathering illegal.

SECTION 103 allows the Federal government to use wartime martial law powers domestically and internationally without Congress declaring that a state of war exists.

SECTION 106 is bone chilling in its straightforwardness. It states that broad general warrants by the secret FSIA court (a panel of secret judges set up in a star chamber system that convenes in an undisclosed location) granted under the first Patriot Act are not good enough. It states that government agents must be given immunity for carrying out searches with no prior court approval. This section throws out the entire Fourth Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures.

SECTION 109 allows secret star-chamber courts to issue contempt charges against any individual or corporation who refuses to incriminate themselves or others. This section annihilates the last vestiges of the Fifth Amendment.

SECTION 110 restates that key police state clauses in the first Patriot Act were not sunsetted and removes the five-year sunset clause from other subsections of the first Patriot Act. After all, the media has told us: "This is the New America. Get used to it. This is forever."

SECTION 111 expands the definition of the "enemy combatant" designation.

SECTION 122 restates the government's newly announced power of "surveillance without a court order."

SECTION 123 restates that the government no longer needs warrants and that the investigations can be a giant dragnet-style sweep described in press reports about the Total Information Awareness Network. One passage reads, "thus the focus of domestic surveillance may be less precise than that directed against more conventional types of crime."

*Note: Over and over again, in subsection after subsection, the second Patriot Act states that its new Soviet-type powers will be used to fight international terrorism, domestic terrorism and other types of crimes. Of course the government has already announced in Section 802 of the first USA Patriot act that any crime is considered domestic terrorism.

SECTION 126 grants the government the right to mine the entire spectrum of public and private sector information from bank records to educational and medical records. This is the enacting law to allow ECHELON and the Total Information Awareness Network to break down any and all walls of privacy. The government states that they must look at everything to "determine" if individuals or groups might have a connection to terrorist groups. As you can now see, you are guilty until proven innocent.

SECTION 127 allows the government to takeover coroners' and medical examiners' operations whenever they see fit.

SECTION 128 allows the Federal government to place gag orders on Federal and State Grand Juries and to take over the proceedings. It also disallows individuals or organizations to even try to quash a Federal subpoena. So now defending yourself will be a terrorist action.

SECTION 129 destroys any remaining whistle blower protection for Federal agents.

SECTION 202 allows corporations to keep secret their activities with toxic biological, chemical or radiological materials.

SECTION 205 allows top Federal officials to keep all financial dealings secret, and anyone investigating them can be considered a terrorist.

SECTION 303 sets up national DNA database of suspected terrorists. The database will also be used to "stop other unlawful activities." It will share the information with state, local and foreign agencies for the same purposes.

SECTION 311 federalizes your local police department in the area of information sharing.

SECTION 313 provides liability protection for businesses, especially big businesses, that spy on their customers for Homeland Security, violating their privacy agreements. It goes on to say that these are all preventative measures - has anyone seen Minority Report? This is the access hub for the Total Information Awareness Network.

SECTION 321 authorizes foreign governments to spy on the American people and to share information with foreign governments.

SECTION 322 removes Congress from the extradition process and allows officers of the Homeland Security complex to extradite American citizens anywhere they wish. It also allows Homeland Security to secretly take individuals out of foreign countries.

SECTION 402 is titled "Providing Material Support to Terrorism." The section reads that there is no requirement to show that the individual even had the intent to aid terrorists.

SECTION 403 expands the definition of weapons of mass destruction to include any activity that affects interstate or foreign commerce.

SECTION 404 makes it a crime for a terrorist or "other criminals" to use encryption in the commission of a crime.

SECTION 408 creates "lifetime parole" (basically, slavery) for a whole host of crimes.

SECTION 410 creates no statute of limitations for anyone that engages in terrorist actions or supports terrorists. Remember: any crime is now considered terrorism under the first Patriot Act.

SECTION 411 expands crimes that are punishable by death. Again, they point to Section 802 of the first Patriot Act and state that any terrorist act or support of terrorist act can result in the death penalty.

SECTION 421 increases penalties for terrorist financing. This section states that any type of financial activity connected to terrorism will result to time in prison and $10-50,000 fines per violation.

SECTIONS 427 sets up asset forfeiture provisions for anyone engaging in terrorist activities. There are many other sections that I did not cover in the interest of time. The American people were shocked by the despotic nature of the first Patriot Act. The second Patriot Act dwarfs all police state legislation in modern world history. The only remaining question for American people is whether Executive Orders, and acts such as the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act and the Patriot Act II are imposed "in case of crisis," or whether they are created as part of a pre-determined decision to dismantle Constitutional America. And either way, is this how we want to live?

Carefully consider all the above. Carefully consider the fact that the American military has been out of the country for 50+ years, fighting U.N. battles. And carefully consider that most of the Executive Orders were written prior to 9-11, and that the first Patriot Act was immediately passed following 9-11 without Congress having access to the contents of the Act. Something is terribly wrong, and my greatest fear is that American people will never have another opportunity for a national vote. It would appear that other plans are in the making.

School Daze – Parents Are Waking Up

Horrible schools that make no sense are not just socio-economic issues anymore. Horrible schools are the fault of the intrusion and take-over of the Federal government and teachers' unions, which are both global-social systems and movements.

Good teachers have been trained to be ineffectual bureaucrats who now document vs. teach. Consensus-style, group Ed has been forced down the throats of teachers, and instead of teaching to students, teachers now sit and observe grouped students teaching themselves while they document students' progress in consensus class.

Grades are based upon group effort, compliancy, and niceness rather than knowledge mastered or learned. Individualism, individuality, and individual effort are punished with poor grades. Socialism does not approve of the individual. It approves of group-think and speak and consensus.

For years, parents have been complaining that Jimmy and Suzie aren't doing well in school. They can't do their homework assignments. They need hours of after-school help to finish homework assignments. They perform poorly on quizzes and tests, but they make A's and B's in school. Parents have been confused and worried, and yet are reassured by teachers that all's well.

For years, parents have been wondering why there are so many parties, junk food, candy treats, and non-educational issues abounding in their children's classrooms. But teachers reassure parents that everything is fine. And many parents are questioning why their young children are field tripping to nursing homes to do group projects with the infirmed elderly. These field trips relate to which school subject?

The truth of the matter is that parents realize that nonsensical absurdities have themselves become subject areas in today's public schools. The education of children has taken 2nd or 3rd place to social re-engineering efforts in the classroom, and parents don't like what they have been witnessing and funding for the past decade.

In truth, the dumbing down of the American populace has been in the works for several decades, but only recently have efforts been brought forth to openly re-socialize children. For instance, religious children are punished and ostracized. Active children are drugged. Children who perform better in quiet settings are punished and sent out of the classrooms to smaller "special help" groups, and they are given IEP (Individual Education Plan) status. These plans "diagnose" individualism, the need for quiet study areas, active children, and opinionated children as emotionally problematic people. In other words, if your child is not a group clone, your child is slated for the big pharma educational track, which actually means drugged compliance. Refer to the New Freedom Initiative on Mental Health (and, "What You Need To Know..." added by Editor) and its connection to TMAP if you doubt. Also check into the Medicaid-school funding partnership for public schools that refer children for drugging.

Enforced Socialist citizenship cloning is the name of the public education game, and the imparting of knowledge has been bureaucratically factored out of the missions of schools.

It is my belief that America's greatest hope lies with the ability of parents to recognize that their children are being emotionally, systematically, and intellectually abused in the public school system. All schools, including private schools and universities, are being used by global-corporate government elites to create, in mass, an underclass. Their goals are 2-fold: create an enormous global military and create an enormous and lowly paid human resource base for global corporations.

Proficiency tests, assessment tests, universal mental health questionnaires, and even subject area quizzes and tests are now inundated with profiling questions, which are used to determine the future and governmentally imposed track for all children. Minimal literacy and mathematics basics are being presented (though not taught), while global citizenship is being stressed to the point of pharmaceutical enforcement. And you will notice that the educational missions are running in tandem with the rapid dismantling of the U.S. Constitution. The Federal government has literally taken control of public education and has forced globalized governmental Socialism into all core subject areas and curricula. Teachers, being trapped by their labor unions, which were Socialist/Communist-founded organizations to begin with, are powerless to refuse the enforced indoctrination. They are governmental employees.

Two things need to happen. First and foremost, decent teachers need to leave the public school system and quit prostituting themselves for money while knowingly damaging the nation and the nation's children. Secondly, American parents need to remove their children from the global government's educational indoctrination centers. Your children are being recreated into Socialist employees and a global foreign army. Their belief and value systems are being eviscerated. Non-compliant children are being abused, labeled, ostracized, and ultimately drugged. Parents of non-compliant children are also being profiled and will soon be visited by traveling "advocates," who will come as school representatives into homes to determine the fitness of parenthood for globalized children.

Sexuality acceptance training has now mainstreamed into all public school systems, and the beliefs of parents are not only inconsequential, but also not tolerated if they are at odds with the schools' sexuality curricula or methods. Sex Ed is a social-educational mandate while the mastery of educational knowledge is of little consequence to school success.

I can't tell you how many times I've heard parents say that they don't understand what is happening in their children's classrooms, and they can't seem to talk to or get answers to basic questions from teachers or school administrators. Trust me – all parents are in the same boat. School personnel are playing dumb, because if they told you the truth, you would have pulled your children out years ago. They are fighting to keep their government funding, their paychecks, and their state benefits. The NEA is fighting for more teachers and smaller classrooms to build their political body and agenda with more and more union dues. And the Federal government? It's building new world citizens, new world workers, and the new world military.

Big Pharma is funding the new world government candidates, and doing so using the promise of children as guaranteed pharmaceutical customers. Hence, the new American education system, and so the only questions remaining are whether or not your children will support the demise of Constitution and nation, and whether or not American parents will allow their children to be socially crafted and possibly drugged by force.

There is not a parent in American who does not realize that something is wrong with the school system. It is my belief that this system will be the straw that breaks the camel's back, and that American parents will refuse to allow their children to be treated like political guinea pigs and tools for traitors, liars, and unconscionable corporate greed.
