The E-Accountability Foundation announces the

'A for Accountability' Award

to those who are willing to whistleblow unjust, misleading, or false actions and claims of the politico-educational complex in order to bring about educational reform in favor of children of all races, intellectual ability and economic status. They ask questions that need to be asked, such as "where is the money?" and "Why does it have to be this way?" and they never give up. These people have withstood adversity and have held those who seem not to believe in honesty, integrity and compassion accountable for their actions. The winners of our "A" work to expose wrong-doing not for themselves, but for others - total strangers - for the "Greater Good"of the community and, by their actions, exemplify courage and self-less passion. They are parent advocates. We salute you.

I was the proctor in 2003 January Regents examination. When I evaluated the test this was the result of one of the failing schools in the greatest city of New York, Harry Van Arsdale High School where I taught Mathematics in grade 9, not the students who wrote the Regents Examination.
I did not teach the Regents candidates, but made me a scapegoat for a cover up.

Let the figures reveal the conspiracy cause, you figure out.

Harry Van Arsdale High School, Brooklyn: Result:

Students/Score 0 - 54 (%) 55 - 64 (%) 65 - 100 (%)

Students (General) 148 16 6
Students (Spanish) 18 0 0

Total number of pass (seniors and Freshman) = 16 + 6 = 22 out of 188

= 11.7 % Passed

Total number of students who scored more than 65 % marks in Regents High School Examination Mathematics A in 2003 January = 6 out of 188

= 3.19 % Passed

Total number of Spanish medium students = NONE Passed


They made me a scapegoat in order to cover the problems and to save few others job with the Board of Education. The 9th grade AP is very new in the system and have no prior experience is an undeniable truth. What was she doing when I wrote grade Ten Mathematics books 18 years back, before my grade 9 students of Harry Van Arsdale High School were born? They cannot justify their actions without producing good result in the Regents High School Examination Mathematics A.

When I evaluated the Regents Mathematics - A examination in January 2002, the result was so miserable. Pathetic condition of the school echoes in the words of AP on the evaluation day, "Can't you get couple of students up?"
They are in the system for long time, and know how to abuse the power. Poor students and their parents never know the truth and paying the ultimate price. Sacrifice of the scapegoats may continue as a cover up. Uncivilized tactics do not produce the desirable result or do any good for the children.

The four reports/logs which were created wrongfully and intentionally in the span of just 11 days resulted in the termination of my dream career with the New York City Board of Education (NYC BOE) and it shattered so many opportunities.

These following four reports are inaccurate and unjust, which should be sponged (Please Refer Section 4: Documentation)
and I should be reinstated with NYC BOE as early as possible. My emotional distress continues, one year and counts. Years of hard work have been lost and can never be retrieved. All of who involved should hang their heads in shame. UFT. should understand that cover up is worse than the crime.

The present educationally bankrupt system of the NYC public schools is not because of my three months of teaching in the high school. Being a third generation teacher in our family I had a better vision of education.

Sacrificing a scapegoat do not produce any result. It may save the skin of some people with vicious mind who are not seriously working for the success of students. But this is the undeniable fact, The ultimate victims are the students of New York city public school.

After seeing the result, "Can't you get couple of people up?" the words of the AP reveal the most desperate situation of Harry Van Arsdale High School, BASIS, Brooklyn. But they already made me a scapegoat to escape from this situation. This result did not surprise other teachers or the supervisors.

This is better than last year's result," said the AP proudly. This kind of result is what we need in this greatest city? Grave shame Chancellor. You do not need a high tech night vision goggle to find the truth in daylight.

Creation of four false documents in the span of just 11 days resulted in the termination of my career which started more than ten years back (but only three and half months of teaching in Harry Van Arsdale High School Brooklyn New York) is really and truly unfair and unconstitutional.

I do believe that melanin, the pigment of my skin will NOT determine my destiny.

Justice should be done, I should be reinstated without anymore delay. Futile act of cover ups should be stopped, UFT and the NYC BOE should come forward with a clean mind if they are sincere about what they stand for.

The four fake "buddy-buddy" reports/logs which were created wrongfully and intentionally in the span of just 11 days resulted in the termination of my dream career with the New York City Board of Education (NYC BOE) and it shattered so many opportunities. I deeply condemn their atrocious and slanderous decision. If it is not racism nothing else is. What do they prove is nothing but the liberty and justice for all is a joke.

I decided to go for grievance because I strongly believe that these reports are really and truly biased and unjust, and I could prove anywhere that I am able to contribute more than many other teachers' with my years of experience.

And now ARBITRATION, before proceeding further. I am a victim here, and should not be happened to other teacher. Justice delayed is justice denied. Where is my justice?
