Advocates Must Create a Paper Trail and a Tape Trail
From the minute your child enters public school, start writing everything down, and tape every conversation that you possibly can. We have the state-by-state laws on this. Always abide by the law, even when it seems no one else is. Betsy Combier ![]()
The E-Accountability Foundation and parentadvocates.org supports any effort to create a paper trail. Parents who have a child in the public school system must tape all telephone calls and meetings. If you cannot do this, then write notes and make sure that you have the time, date and name of everyone that you speak with.
The website below lists the states that allow secret taping of conversations. Find your state: HIDDEN CAMERAS, HIDDEN MICROPHONES |
